B2B SaaS Business Development Lead

Vialog.io, the world’s first decentralised video forum is looking for a B2B Business Development Lead. This is a hands-on position for a hungry and self-directed sales/launch guru with the opportunity to grow into a VP position and build your team.
Vialog is a video discussion tool backed by Horizon 2020 and Innovate UK. We are now looking for the right Business Development Lead to scale customer acquisition and help us launch as Product Hunt’s Product of the Day.
Vialog is post-revenue and shows early signs of PMF with enterprise clients including some of the world’s largest music and film festivals and media enterprises.
We’ve also just been selected for the STADIEM programme by a consortium of media experts, to turn readers into active community members and discover new frontiers of engagement.
What will you do
Your job will be to create repeatable, scalable and profitable growth model:
- Find Repeatable Sales Motion
- Make it Scalable
- Ensure Customer Success
- Make it Profitable
- A Biz Dev with a wealth of experience (5+ years) growing B2B SAAS companies. (Experience with video-based tools is a plus 😉)
- You need to be a tax resident in the UK (or an EU country)
- Driven and enjoys working remotely in a team of high performers
You’d be a great fit if:
- You have the ability to clearly articulate biz dev processes and decisions.
- You have a lean mentality and a 'make it happen' attitude when it comes to translating roadmaps into realities.
- You are a skilled self-starter who is hungry for using new tools and tactics to reach and exceed goals. (Product Hunt launch experience is a plus)
- You are a Rockstar who cares about both product success and fighting social injustice while being conscious of our environment.
